Qualifying Sales
A commission is earned only when:
A valid purchase is completed.
Payment is successfully received.
The transaction is not refunded, reversed, or fraudulent.
Payment Schedule
Affiliate commissions are paid according to the payment schedule communicated within the affiliate program.
Minimum payout thresholds may apply.
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details.
Prohibited Promotional Methods
Affiliates may not:
Send spam emails.
Use misleading advertising.
Make false earnings claims.
Misrepresent AITECHPRENEUR.
Use unauthorized coupon codes.
Bid on branded keywords if prohibited.
Impersonate AITECHPRENEUR.
Engage in fraudulent activity.
FTC & Advertising Compliance
Affiliates are responsible for complying with applicable advertising and disclosure laws, including clearly disclosing affiliate relationships where required.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate affiliate accounts for:
Fraud
Spam
Misrepresentation
Fake referrals
Self-referrals where prohibited
Chargeback abuse
Violation of this policy
Changes
We may update this policy at any time.
